ASAS Advanced Co. for Producing Building Materials was established in 2010 in the Western Region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, beginning its operations from Yanbu City.

The company was founded with a strong vision to support the construction and infrastructure sector by delivering high-quality building materials and reliable concrete solutions across the Kingdom. In its early stage, the company focused on Ready-Mix Concrete production, serving Yanbu Industrial City and Al Madinah Al Munawarah with consistent supply and dependable quality. With continuous growth and strong operational planning, ASAS Advanced Co. expanded its services to major cities including Jeddah and Makkah, meeting the increasing demand of large-scale construction projects.

The company established a fully integrated operational system supported by a strong transportation network to ensure efficient material delivery across all project locations. A dedicated fleet of cement bulk trucks, aggregate carriers, and transit mixers was developed to maintain smooth and timely supply chains for ready-mix concrete operations. In addition, ASAS Advanced Co. strengthened its production backbone through crusher plants, sand washing facilities, water chillers, and high-capacity ice factories to ensure premium material quality and performance in all weather conditions. In 2014, the company achieved a major milestone by launching the Cement Products Sector, marking a new era of expansion and industrial growth. This sector introduced production of interlock tiles, curbstones, artificial stone, and insulated concrete blocks using advanced international manufacturing technology. By collaborating with leading global manufacturers and importing state-of-the-art machinery, the company significantly improved production accuracy, durability, and product finishing standards.
